IDF to make spot-checks on military bases to supervise officers

The IDF's head of Manpower, Gen. Motti Almoz, has ordered the current system of prearranged visits to military bases to be changed to one of surprise visits.

These visits are designed to ensure that officers are treating their soldiers properly.
