Israeli President Reuven Rivlin congratulated Israeli Judoka Peter Paltchik on winning the gold medal in the European Championship in Prague.
"You have touched us all with the new height you conquered tonight in Prague. Congratulations on the gold medal, and thank you for brining pride to the people of Israel!" tweeted Rivlin to the new under 100-kg world champ.
