Pfizer announced Friday that it will submit its request for emergency authorization from the FDA today, to permit the use of its coronavirus vaccine.
"We will submit a request today to the US FDA for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of our mRNA vaccine candidate with BioNTech Group," Pfizer tweeted.
