While on a visit to Hebron, Minister of Diaspora Affairs Ofer Yankelevich praised the beginning of construction that will make the Machepelah Cave accessible to the disabled.
Her visit came following last Shabbat's Torah portion that described the purchase of the Machpelah Cave by Abraham as a burial site for his wife Sarah.
