A number of parents contacted the school administration after Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner were seen in the media "blatantly violating COVID-19 guidelines". One incident that particularly triggered parents was the presidential debate with Biden after which it was discovered that the President and his wife were infected with the virus.
The couple finally decided to take their children out of school. The White House Spokeswoman responded: "Family decisions are personal and do not require explanation."
