The Jerusalem District Court this morning discussed Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's defense attorneys' request for additional investigative materials from the State Attorney's Office.
The court last month accepted the defense attorneys' request to hold the hearing, after arguing that they would not be able to respond properly to the indictment without all the materials available for their perusal. The defense attorneys for the other defendants in the 1000, 2000 and 4000 cases also joined the request. The hearing on the issue will be held without the presence of the defendants.
