The Health Ministry is expected to sign an agreement with the German pharmaceutical company Pfizer today, for the purchase of eight million doses (sufficient for four million people) of its coronavirus vaccine.
Any vaccination program will only commence once both the FDA and the Health Ministry have approved the vaccine as safe and effective.
