Likud Minister Zeev Elkin told Radio 103 FM this morning that delays in passing the state budget were entirely to be expected and furthermore, are reasonable.
"Benny Gantz simply doesn't understand how it works," he said. "Should we really drag the country into elections due to this issue? The government is capable of functioning - if its members set politics aside," he added.
