Former Ambassador to Israel under the Obama Administration Dan Shapiro has expressed his sorrow at the coronavirus death of the PLO general secretary Saeb Erekat.
"My condolences to the family of Saeb Erakat, who passed away today. May they be comforted in their loss," Shapiro wrote on Twitter.
