In October, the Shin Bet arrested two youths living in the village of Beit Umar in the Hebron area, one of whom was only 16 years old, who had been recruited via the internet to promote terrorist activity by Hamas elements in the Gaza Strip.
This month, indictments were filed against the two in the Juvenile Military Court in Yehuda.
