The IDF now allows people with gluten intolerance to volunteer for assault and maneuvering brigades and for elite units, Kan 11 News reported on Sunday.
The decision was made as part of an internal staff work conducted by the IDF following a petition to the Supreme Court submitted by a young man with a gluten intolerance.
