Health Ministry Director: 'Should have exited lockdown gradually'

Health Ministry Director Prof. Hezi Levy warned in a Galei Tzahal interview: "It would have been right to relieve the lockdown gradually and profit from the two weeks in between. This didn't happen here and I hope we won't reach a third lockdown."
