MK Ahmed Tibi (Joint List) told Galei Tzahal this morning that if Joe Biden is declared the winner of the election, he predicts the resumption of talks between the Palestinians and the American administration.
"If Biden becomes President, there's no doubt that dialogue between the Palestinian leadership and the White House will resume," he said.
