Chairman of Assuta Hospital Shuki Shemer has warned about the consequences of disregarding the MInistry of Health guidelines amidst a rise in the morbidity rate over the last two days.
"Without enforcement of the guidelines and fines, a 3rd and 4th lockdown are likely," Shemer said.
