Knesset member Ariel Kellner (Likud) has disparaged a lack of government policy towards those who have infiltrated illegally into Israel.
"Children are green cards for their migrant infiltrator parents," Kellner said, referencing the legitimacy conferred on such parents after their children are born in Israel.
2,000 children of migrants mostly from Eritrea and Sudan are born each year in Israel.
