A police bomb squad was contacted a short time ago after a suspicious balloon landed in the Sha'ar Hanegev Regional Council in southern Israel.
An initial inspection conducted by police revealed that the balloon was connected to an flamable pipe and the device was neutralized.
No casualties or property damage were reported in the incident.
