Traffic police have arrested a new driver who was found speeding on the Jerusalem-Tel Aviv highway.
He was reportedly driving at 142 kmh (88mph), and with him in the vehicle were two minors who were supposed to be in quarantine.
The two quarantine violators were issued with fines and the driver has been summoned to a hearing.
