2 suspected of spraying pepper spray at soldier, trying to steal gun

Police arrested two on suspicion of spraying pepper spray at a soldier standing at the intersection near Shaar Efraim and trying to steal his weapon.

Civilians at the scene assisted the soldier and called police. Circumstances are being investigated
