The former Foreign Ministry Director, who has been accompanying relations between Israel and Sudan in recent years, Dr. Dore Gold, said in a Reshet Bet interview that normalizing relations with Chad is a done deal.
He said, "Israel's been preparing the ground for years with Chad bordering Sudan to reach a political breakthrough."
