Science Minister Yizhar Shay (Blue & White), who is a member of the government's coronavirus cabinet, told his interviewer on Kan Bet this morning that the police should be "dealing with" anyone who violates the government's lockdown restrictions. Naturally, he was referring to the haredi community.
"This week there were half a million people under lockdown," he said. "My estimation is that 20% of Torah institutions opened and I want to see police visiting all of them and enforcing the regulations. The position of Blue & White is that everyone who breaches the rules should be dealt with."
