An IDF spokesman reported that according to the parameters of the terror tunnel uncovered and destroyed yesterday, (Oct 20, 2020) it can be determined that it was constructed by the Hamas terrorist group.
None of the terror organiations operating from Gaza have taken responsibility for the underpass.
The tunnel was dug from the Khan Yunis area and stretched a number of feet into Israeli territory.
