The Central District Attorney's Office recently filed an appeal to the Central District Court against the sentence of teacher Eviatar Gross for his conviction for multiple offenses of indecent assault on a 9-year-old minor who was his student.
The Magistrate's Court in Petah Tikva sentenced the defendant to the following sentences: 9 months of community service, probation, compensation in the amount of NIS 40,000 and a probation order for a year-and-a-half.
