Hundreds of Pazgaz workers joined the Histadrut, adding about 800,000 workers in the economy represented by the labor union.
The Histadrut stated that the workers had banded together against the background of their desire to regulate for the first time their terms of employment in a collective agreement, especially in light of the challenges and uncertainty of recent times.
