'Supreme Court ties state's hands from preventing terrorist attacks'

Knesset member Kati Shitrit has slammed the President of the Supreme Court for denying an additional hearing on the court's decision not to demolish the home of a terrorist who murdered an Israeli soldier.

"The Supreme Court has tied the hands of the state from preventing further terrorist attacks," Shitrit said.
