President Trump has said he will not debate Joe Biden in an online virtual framework, calling such a debate "a waste of time."
Due to Trump's COVID-19 diagnosis, the Commission on Presidential debates had announced the online framework for the next debate which had been scheduled for next Thursday in Miami.
