'Happiness vans' visit all 45 Binyamin communities during Sukkot

"Happiness vans" are visiting all forty-five communities in the Samarian sector of Binyamin. The vans distribute popsicles to the children. Kids are asked riddles and those who solve them are rewarded with special surprises.
