Assad: Erdogan 'the main instigator'

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has attacked Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, claiming he is the main instigator of fighting between Azerbaijan and Armenian forces in the Nagorno-Karabakh enclave.
