A 17-year-old Arab youth has been indicted for stealing vehicles and disassembling them, most likely in order to sell for scrap metal.
At the time of his arrest, he allegedly threatened that he would take revenge on the person he deemed responsible for his being apprehended.
His remand has been extended until the conclusion of proceedings against him.
