Dr. Zion Schlossberg, the authority in charge of the "capsule" system in yeshivas appointed by the Health Ministry, told Galei Tzahal this morning that the system was operative and seemed to be functioning well.
"In practice, we're not seeing the system break down at all," he said. "Of course, we still have to learn on the job and make sure necessary improvements are implemented."
