The Supreme Court has delayed demolition of the home of the terrorist who murdered Rabbi Shai Ohiyon in a stabbing attack in Petah Tikva last month.
This ruling comes after the Court blocked demolition of the home of a terrorist who had murdered soldier Amit Ben Yigal by dropping a construction block on him from a three story building.
