Interviewed on Galei Tzahal, Prof. Eli Wachsman, head of the team of experts advising the National Security Council on coronavirus-related matters, estimated that the current lockdown will last for at least two months.
"We have to reach a figure of just 100 new cases per day," he said. "We managed this in April, and there's no reason why we shouldn't manage it again now."
