Mosquitoes infected with West Nile Virus have been found in the Ashkelon region as well as in the Jezreel Valley and in Yavne'el in the Lower Galilee region.
In August, infected insects were found in the Arava region and in the south of the country, as well as in Gush Dan and the Jezreel Valley and the Gilboa region.
