A 22-year-old pedestrian has been seriously injured in a collision on Road 40 and is now sedated and on a respirator in Beilinson hospital.
MDA responder Yisrael Shemesh related: "The man was lying on the road, fulling conscious and suffering from multiple injuries, both to his head and the rest of his body. We provided him with immediate treatment and evacuated him to hospital in a mobile intensive care unit, in serious and unstable condition."
