Eran Yaakov, the head of the Israel Tax Authority, has rejected criticism regarding alleged delays in payments of grants.
"We kept to the schedule and sometimes even made payments ahead of schedule," he insisted, speaking to Galei Tzahal.
He added that, "In the future, we will make it possible to submit documents online; we're improving our digital service all the time."
