Head of the National Union party MK Betzalel Smotrich has added his voice to those condemning the Attorney-General, Avichai Mandelblit for statements he made suggesting that he may declare PM Netanyahu unfit for office.
"If Netanyahu doesn't fire Mandelblit for these brazen threats, then he deserves being declared unfit to govern by Mandelblit," Smotrich tweeted.
"Anyone who disparages the views of a million and a half voters who chose him as their leader and allows the Attorney-General to trample on them is not deserving of the public's confidence and cannot be a prime minister," he added.
