Minister of Diaspora Affairs Omer Yankelevich (Blue and White) declared in a meeting with European Jewish leaders that "anti-Semitism in Europe has reached new heights."

Yankelevich pointed to attempts of certain groups to outlaw circumcision as well as kosher animal slaughter.

"The best way of fighting anti-Semtism is not to hide our identity but to proudly display it to the world around us," Yankelevich added.
