Sudan's ambassador to Washington, Nur a-Din Sati, said in an interview with Asharq Al-Awsat that "if the government receives economic aid, then the issue of normalization with Israel will be examined."
The ambassador explained that as long as the people are suffering from these difficulties, the Sudanese government cannot do so.
