Malachi Levinger, former head of the Kiryat Arba-Hebron council, paid tribute to his mother, Rebbetzin Miriam Levinger, who passed away last night.
"Mother was a beacon of faith that taught an entire generation what self-negation is and what love of the Land is. She was a symbol and role model of devotion and pioneering, and with her own hands brought about the redemption of the city of the forefathers. There is no doubt that her pioneering actions will be written forever in the history of Israel."
