The head of a preschool in Lod and one of her assistants have been indicted on multiple counts of child assault.
According to the indictment, the two would hit the children in their charge whenever they refused to do as they were told (eg. eat, go to sleep), held the children forcibly, and shoved them, causing them intense distress.
