Dia Saba, an Arab-Israeli footballer, is on the way to becoming the first Israeli to play in the Persian Gulf, Kan News reports.
Saba is apparently close to finalizing a deal for his participation in the Al-Nasser games in Dubai, which he will attend after having played in China during the previous season.
