An Huawei top executive says the China telecom giant is “battling for survival” under U.S. restrictions, and called on suppliers to help, and for the U.S. to reconsider, reports Nikkei Asian Review.
The executive confirmed Huawei has enough chips in stock except for smartphones, and Qualcomm applied for license to sell to it.
