US Sec of State Mike Pompeo tweeted today:
"We're offering up to $5M for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of indicted narcoterrorist Wilver Villegas Palomino. The U.S. is committed to helping the Colombian government disrupt and dismantle transnational criminal organizations operating in the region."
