Australian MP Mark Dreyfus responded to the Israeli decision regarding Malka Leifer on Twitter.
"Very welcome news that Malka Leifer is now a huge step closer to facing justice in Australia", Dreyfus wrote and added a personal message to Dassi Erlich, Leifer's victim: "This is a tribute to your courage and persistence Dassi, and all those who have been fighting for justice".
