Joe Biden, the Democratic presidential contender, has called for the appointment of a replacement for Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg to be left until after the November presidential election.
"I call on all Senate Republicans to do the right thing with regard to a replacement for Ginsburg," Biden said.
