The deputy director-general of the Health Ministry, Prof. Itamar Grotto, told Galei Tzahal this morning that it was a mistake to reopen the education system on September 1.
"I don't blame only the politicians for this," he noted. "Many experts, including myself, thought that we could allow schools to resume on-site teaching."
