The government has yet to formally authorize the nationwide lockdown, due to go into force tomorrow at two o'clock in the afternoon.
The delay is due to a dispute over a number of clauses in the legislation.
The lockdown must be voted into law by the government by two o'clock this afternoon in order to come into force at the appointed time.
