Israel's Health Ministry announced that 3,962 new coronavirus cases were confirmed, and that the death toll had risen to 1,101.
Since the beginning of the outbreak, 152,525 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Israel.
A total of 495 patients are in serious condition, and 138 of them are on ventilators.
