A digital initiative on the part of the newspaper Makor Rishon has resulted in an Internet search engine which locates prayer services in the worshiper's immediate area. The services are even classified according to orientation, whether Sephardic or Ashkenazic.
Many outdoor prayer services are currently being conducted on the margins of city streets.
