PM Netanyahu said he had spoken to leaders of the Arab-Israeli and haredi sectors who asked him to take specific steps in stemming the coronavirus spread.
"A 'red' city isn't designated based on random factors. We have to do all we can to stem the continuation of the crisis," said the PM.
