The prosecution appealed to the Supreme Court for acquittals of Yaakov Shamba and Ronen Cohen, who were involved in a lynching at the central bus station in Be'er Sheva in 2015.
In the attack that took place during a shooting attack at the station, Fatum Zarhom, a foreign national from Eritrea, was killed. The city district court acquitted them in July because of doubt.
